The food is modern Australian inspired by bush foods. Be tempted by locally sourced produce from the Scenic Rim, featuring plenty of bush tucker ingredients: kangaroo, bush tomato, macadamia, salt bush, lemon myrtle, wattle seed, barramundi, prawns, mango, lily pillis and more.
